Home vs Abroad (Important)

  • Home → For local/domestic network (your main SIM in your home country)

  • Abroad → For international use / travel eSIM

Always choose Abroad for travel eSIM to ensure proper connectivity overseas.

Multiple eSIM (Important)

  • Most devices only support max 2 active SIMs at the same time (physical SIM + eSIM, or dual eSIM)

  • If you already have multiple eSIM profiles, turn off unused ones first before activating a new eSIM

  • You can store multiple eSIMs, but only 1–2 can be active simultaneously

Important Tips

  • Make sure your device supports eSIM

  • Use a stable internet connection during setup

  • Do not scan the QR code multiple times

  • Keep a backup of your QR code
